Confirmation of Order
Online Shop: On receipt of your order we will email you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of order and then a notification of when we will be despatching your order. Please allow 2-5 days for processing of all online orders. For urgent requests please contact us by telephone on 01403 891 412.
Orders by Telephone and Post: We will check availability and we will confirm acceptance of your order by email or telephone. You will receive a notification of when we will be despatching your order.
Payment
Online Shop: Secure online payment using Sagepay. All major credit cards are accepted apart from American Express and JCB cards.
Orders by Telephone and Post: Secure payment using Sagepay. All major credit cards are accepted apart from American Express and JCB cards. We accept cheques from the U.K. for orders by telephone and post but they must be undated and made out to a limited amount.
Due to the high cost of bank handling charges for international cheques we can only accept payment from international customers by credit card.
