When you order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. Please say if it is a Gift.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:  We try our best to dispatch the plants A.S.A.P. but please allowing up to 3 working days to Process the order and then I dispatching on the following Monday, Tuesday following the confirmation of your order.

At Busy times,  sometimes it can take up to 14 Working days to dispatch your order, if there are complications or During the winter months, plants can become so wet and very heavy and it take time in the dampness of the air for  them to reach moist condition to send them, otherwise they make the box/s soggy and they fall apart during delivery.

Shipping time: From dispatch at around 5pm, If you’re on mainland UK, it normally takes 24 - 48 hours to deliver your plants
